Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of powersport.one and of the MNTLG manual delivery bot @powersports_manuals_bot. They describe what the service is, how payment and access work, and what is expected from both sides. Read them before you pay.
1. Who provides the service
powersport.one (the “Site”) is operated by the owner of the MNTLG manual archive (the “Operator”). The Operator is an individual project owner and is not a company or other entity incorporated in the European Union or in the United States.
The Operator maintains an archive of 3,901 workshop, service, parts and operator manuals for powersports — ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles and personal watercraft — covering more than 32 brands. The archive is indexed so that a specific value (a torque figure, a fluid capacity, a plug gap, a service interval) can be found quickly, and the document itself can then be requested.
2. What the service consists of
2.1 The Site is a showcase and a search index
The public pages of the Site publish document metadata (title, brand, model, year, document type, language, page count), short written summaries, and extracted numeric facts. They do not reproduce the text of the manuals, and the Site does not host PDF files on its public pages.
2.2 The bot delivers the files
The PDF files are held in a closed storage area. They are delivered to you through the Telegram bot after payment and after access has been granted to your Telegram account. The Site is not a file host, and it does not serve the documents to anonymous visitors.
2.3 Extracted values are a search aid
The published values are produced by an automated extraction and index over the archive. They are a pointer to the right place in the right document. They are not a substitute for it, and Section 5 applies to them.
2.4 Manufacturer pages
Where a manufacturer publishes the owner manual of a machine free of charge, the Site links to that official page. The paid archive is a separate thing and is never described as “free”.
3. Access, the bot and the grant
Access is tied to your Telegram account. There is no separate registration, no password and no account on the Site. You keep control of your Telegram account and of everything done through it.
Payment is confirmed and access is granted manually by the Operator using an internal command (/grant). Access is normally issued within 24 hours of a confirmed payment. If your payment does not appear as granted within that window, contact the Operator at @yitshock with the transaction reference so it can be matched.
4. Payment, delivery and refunds
4.1 Methods
Two methods are available:
- Telegram Stars — packages of 250, 500 and 4000 Stars, priced in the bot before payment.
- USDT on the TRC-20 network — sent to the wallet address displayed in the bot:
TQpeNMMVdM4DEN8ZWxxoHbtnckAcYuTHpM
Only send funds to an address that the bot itself displays. The Operator will never ask you to send funds to an address received from a third party, a support agent or a chat message outside the bot.
4.2 Price and fees
The price of each package is shown in the bot before you pay. Blockchain network fees for a USDT transfer are not included in that price and are borne by the sender. Telegram Stars are charged by Telegram.
4.3 Manual grant
Payments are processed manually. The Operator checks the incoming payment, matches it to your request and then grants access. Where a payment cannot be matched to a request, the Operator will ask for the transaction reference before acting.
4.4 Refunds
Once access has been granted, the purchase is final and the amount paid is not refundable, because the digital content has been supplied and delivered to you.
There is one exception: if a delivered file proves to be unavailable, corrupted, or not the document that its catalogue entry describes, you may request a refund by writing to @yitshock. The Operator will check the file. If the defect is confirmed, the amount is refunded, or the file is replaced at your choice.
4.5 The 14-day right to withdraw (EU/EEA and Switzerland)
If you are resident in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, you confirm at the moment of payment that you expressly waive your right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days under the Digital Content Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). This confirmation is required for the payment to be completed and is recorded in the bot at the moment of payment. The content is supplied immediately: as soon as access is granted you can begin downloading the file, and the right to withdraw is lost at that point.
Consumers in the United States and in other jurisdictions keep the withdrawal and refund rights that their own law provides. Nothing in this Section 4 reduces a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4.6 Charged in error
If you believe a payment was charged to you in error, contact the Operator first, before raising a dispute with your bank or with Telegram. Charges that were caused by a mismatch on our side, or by a payment made to the wrong address, are corrected.
5. No warranty on the extracted data, and limits of liability
The values published on the Site are machine-extracted facts taken from the documents in the archive. They are provided as a search aid. Verify every figure against the original manual, and against the identification of your own machine, before you act on it.
The Operator does not warrant that the extracted values are complete, correct, applicable to your exact model year or variant, or suitable for a particular repair; and does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of the Site, the bot or the archive.
You are responsible for the work you carry out and for how you use the archive. The Operator is not liable for damage arising from work performed on the basis of published values, including damage to a machine, to persons or to property.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the file concerned. The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or damage to a vehicle, however caused.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence, in particular for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or under the consumer guarantee regime that applies to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service in any of the following ways:
- to break the law, or to facilitate anything unlawful, in any jurisdiction;
- to resell, re-license, re-publish, redistribute, mirror or otherwise make the files you receive available to third parties, in original form or converted, in whole or in part — including posting them to public channels, forums, file-sharing services or torrent trackers;
- to remove, obscure or alter watermarks, licence marks, page numbers, stamps or any other rights-management or provenance marks in the delivered files;
- to circumvent, resell or automate the access-grant process, or to use several accounts to obtain access to the same file at the price of a single purchase;
- to scrape the Site or the bot in a way that degrades the service for other users, to probe or interfere with the storage, the bot or the payment flow, or to attempt to gain access to files that has not been purchased;
- to use the archive as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision where a certified or manufacturer-supplied document is required;
- to distribute malware, or to use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
7. Intellectual property and user-submitted copies
The design of the Site, its code, the extracted index, the summaries written for this project and the compilation of the archive are owned by the Operator.
The manuals themselves remain the property of their respective rights holders. The archive contains both documents produced by manufacturers as OEM material and copies obtained from public third-party sources, including the powersport.one FTP library. Inclusion in the archive transfers no rights in those documents and does not imply any licence from their rights holders.
If you send your own copy of a document for the archive, you confirm that you hold the right to provide it, and you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, index, translate, summarise and deliver that copy to paying users of the bot. You keep your own rights in it.
Requests to remove a document from the archive are handled under the copyright notice page.
8. Third-party services
The Site links to manufacturer pages, to Telegram and to payment services. The Operator does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, their availability, or the way they handle data. Their own terms apply when you use them.
9. Changes, availability and discontinuation
The archive, the index, the file set and the prices may change. Entries may be corrected, re-catalogued or withdrawn. Parts of the service may be changed or discontinued. Where a change affects access you have already paid for, the Operator will announce it in the bot.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these Terms are breached — in particular where the resale prohibition in Section 6 is violated. A refund right under Section 4.4 is unaffected by the termination of access.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Delaware is used as a neutral jurisdiction, because the Operator is not established in the European Union or in the United States.
This choice does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence. If you live in the EU or the EEA, the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence continue to apply to your purchase, and the courts of your country of residence remain competent for claims that fall within their jurisdiction. The same applies to any mandatory consumer protection rule in your country of residence generally.
Before going to court, write to @yitshock. Most disagreements are a misfiled payment or a broken file, and they are settled there. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction over it.
12. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top. Changes that materially affect access you have already paid for are announced in the bot.
